Final numbers and menu selection will need to be received 7 days prior to your function.
Minimum spend requirements
Bookings and functions at Vinyl are very reasonably priced. Exclusive bookings only attract a minimum spend policy of $600 for bookings under 50 people, and $1000 for bookings of more than 50 people to cover staff, cleaning and operational costs.
Bar tabs and drink cards
It is possible to run a tab on the bar for your guests up to a specified amount and for whatever type of drinks you would like to supply. A number of different stamps are available so your guests are instantly recognised. For smaller amounts Vinyl can supply drink cards that can be exchanged for drinks or food over the bar.
Final payments
Final payments must be made immediately at the conclusion of your event, and can be made by cash, debit or credit card. Payment by cheque is by prior arrangement only.
The client authorises Vinyl Lounge Pty Ltd to charge the balance of the event to their credit card should this not be paid at the conclusion of the event.

Entertainment options
Vinyl Lounge does have live DJs playing on a regular basis, however should it be required we are able to supply quality DJs or other live entertainment outside of those times for your event. Here are your options…
Security
Security is important to us at Vinyl and is recommended for functions of over 50 people. Should your function require security we are able to help with the supply of this.
Safety
Under no circumstances does Vinyl Lounge take responsibility for any items brought onto the premises by a client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safety of their equipment.
Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled, all deposits will remain the property of the
Vinyl Lounge.
RSA
All Vinyl staff are trained in the Liquor Licensing accredited ‘Responsible serving of Alcohol’, and by law must refuse to serve alcohol to any person that appears intoxicated.
